Weber’s will accept boneless trim for deer, elk, buffalo and bear.  

Boneless trim has to also be clean, without hair, tendons and cannot be

freezer burnt. Use clear plastic bags or a clean container for inspection. 

A $25 or $50 deposit will be required when the order is place

and we will notify you when your order is complete.
