In 1905 Otto Weber migrated to Belleville, Wisconsin from Switzerland and opened a small butcher shop which was the start of the Weber's family meat business.  In 1931 his son, Otto Junior opened up his own butcher shop in Cuba City, Wisconsin where it stands today. Otto Junior worked side by side with his four sons, Reg, Norm, Lee & David who eventually took over the the shop.  In 2010 Norm's son Dan and his wife Tracy took over the business where they continue to operate as fourth generation owners. 

Homeade sausages are made fresh on-premise every day,award winning ham, bacon, & other meats are all slow smoked the old fashioned way.  Weber's has received numerous awards and recognitions, Dan Weber was inducted into the AAMP Cured Meat Hall of Fame in 2007 and served as the president of the Illinois Association of Meat Processors in 2006. Dan has also been instrumental in moving the Illinois State Meat Convention back to Champaign, IL  so the convention would include hands-on programs at the University of Illinois.  Weber's has competed in both state and national cured meat competitions winning over 500 awards throughout the years  Weber’s has also been competitive in the American Association of Meat Processors cured meats competition taking home numerous Champion, Reserve Grand Champion and Grand Champion awards for their sausage and ham products.  Dan's cured and smoked turkey won Best Of Show at the National American Association of Meat Processors competition in 2001.
