Weber's Rules for Proper Handling of Deer

Boneless Trim

Boneless trim brought in must be clean. No garbage bags, no hair, no clots, no bone chips.

Ziploc bags or plastic tubs are ok.

Skinned Deer

Skinned deer must be clean. Legs must be removed. Rear legs must be removed below the Achilles tendon so we can hang them. If these rules aren't followed you will be charged.

We cape mounts -- if you want the horns, cut off the head. No skull capping.
