In 1905, Otto Weber came to Wisconsin bringing with him the skill he had learned in the family's meat business in Switzerland and recipes that had been in the family for generations. There's been a prospering Weber Meats business in southwest Wisconsin ever since. Weber Meats in Illinois was started in 1993 when Otto's great grandsons, Craig and Dan Weber and Dan's wife, Tracy moved to Geneseo.
