Weber’s bacon goes great with breakfast. In fact, our bacon, just like our hams, has won Grand Champion Awards at the Illinois State Meat Processors Competitions as well as the American Association of Meat Processors Competitions. All bacon is hand-crafted done the old fashion way one bacon slab at a time. This bacon is cured and smoked in Hickory Chips. The bacon has five different flavors that we offer; Apple Cinnamon, Maple Glazed, Jalapeño, and Pepper (same five spices used in our Pepper Ham). We recently added dry cure bacon. The dry cure is a hand rubbed belly that is hung for twenty-one days and then smoked. Also Brand New item is Apple Wood Smoked Bacon which is hand-crafted to precision.
Apple Cinnamon Bacon
This bacon will be a great addition for breakfast. The Apple Cinnamon blended bacon has a unique taste like no others. We use the same Award Winning Hickory Bacon but add the Apple Cinnamon blend right after it gets out of the smoke house. This bacon is hand crafted like other products we offer. One slab of bacon weighs between 9-12 pounds. This can be sliced as a thick cut bacon and packaged approximately one pound packages or cut in half slab pack.
